A non refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. If something does happen please contact me before 48 hrs of your appointment to avoid a no show fee, cancellations results in a cancellation fee of 40% and loss of deposit. No shows (including passing the 15 min grace period) are charged 100% of the scheduled service and blocked from future bookings. Any cancellations with no card on file and no deposit will result in blocked booking for the future. All late fee, cancellation fee and no show charges must be payed before future appointments.
